  1.   There has been a changed to the upgrade policies effective with ANY
  2.   REGISTRATION of PCX2CCS. Upgrade patches will be uploaded,
  3.   or e-mailed. If you want the patch snail mailed, it will cost you
  4.   $1 within the US or $2 outside the US. The program to apply the
  5.   patches will be distributed to registered users when they register.

  7.     All of the programs have an additional command line switch. To EXPLICITLY
  8. set the graphics resolution the 3 switchs are:

  10.        EGA will use 640x350 16 colors
  11.        VGA will use 640x480 16 colors
  12.        sVGA will use 640x480 256 colors
  13.  
  14. Using these switches will by-pass the routines that determine what video chip
  15. is available. So if you have a non-sVGA monitor hooked to a system that has
  16. the VESA bios, then run PCX2CCS VGA.
